Raphaël Varane
Founder
Of Martinican origin, he became a professional footballer at only 17 at RC Lens (2010) and then joined Real Madrid in 2011. In 2012, he took his first steps in the French national team and won the world cup in 2018. In summer 2021, he signed with Manchester United. In September 2024, he decided to bow out and was integrated into the Board of Directors of Como, his last club, to which he shared his experience and his immense experience in the world of football.
He is one of the most successful French football players ever. His desire is to get involved with young people and teach them the values of respect, humility, ambition and work, which define him.
Gaston Varane
Honorary president
Gaston is Raphaël’s father and the Honorary President of the Varane training courses. The love for football, work, respect and all of Raphaël’s values are no strangers to him! His role in the crew is to represent the philosophy of the Varane training courses.
Anthony Varane
President
Elder brother and manager of Raphaël, a lawyer specialising in sports law and president of the association, Anthony is involved in the concept and structuring of the project.Priscilla Noah

At the crossroads of organization, coordination, and development, Priscilla is a key player at Stages Varane. With a truly comprehensive vision, she manages the organization on a daily basis, balancing strategy, human resource management, and the transmission of the values that define our association.
Marion Merlen
Sports Manager
From volunteer to manager, Marion has grown with the Stages Varane. This evolution reflects her daily commitment and her desire to provide young people with an enriching experience, both on and off the field.
Gary Varane
Animation referent
At the heart of the Stages Varane, Gary strives to create a dynamic, friendly, and unifying experience for each young person. As the activities coordinator, he designs and coordinates the key events that punctuate the camps, with the aim of fostering sharing, confidence, and personal growth for everyone beyond the field.
Apolline Duhoux
Communications manager
Through her communication efforts for the Stages Varane, Apolline highlights much more than just football camps: a vision, values, and life journeys. As communications manager, she promotes the association’s identity by building connections with young people, families, and the community, while also supporting the development and reach of its projects.
Patricia Leclerq
Executive Assistant
Widow of Daniel Leclercq, passionate about football, formerly employed as an administrative secretary in a local authority, she joined the project as Executive Assistant in charge of secretarial duties.
